Thank you for your interest in my background. Early in my life, my voice was taken from me as I was deeply afraid of speaking up about a personal trauma that had happened to me. Throughout my life, I've been learning to craft better word pictures to bridge communication gaps. One of my favorite phrases growing up in the seventies was, “Reach out and touch someone”. That expression summed up my aims at making a difference. Out of college my first official radio job was at K-Light Radio, a top forty CMS radio station that broadcast to Coos Bay OR and up and down the Oregon Coast. Moving on from there I next had the opportunity to work inland in OR as the morning show host at KGRV 700 that broadcasts to the people of Roseburg OR and surrounding areas.
